Brands nowadays very structured, the culture influenced by them.
Designers should be more aware of the environment and culture. They should understand both of them in order to market the product. Which is the relation ship between the market and the consumer.
Like the international brands are well branded they understand both important aspects which are the environment and culture and to know how consumers are smart. And here where we can see the differences that local brands are not well known because of the lack of knowledge, though they are living in this country and knowing the culture and environment.
I think that smart marketers those who use the cultural role of brands to reach out their consumers. They relate theirs products to the tradition or social events. For example Pepsi they use Britney Spires to model for the product.
